Sofia's serves the best deep dish pizza in the USA and possibly the world. I have traveled throughout the USA and Italy and have tried many pizzas. Sofia's uses the best cheese for its pizza that I have tasted since traveling around Naples Italy where pizza was invented. The consistency of the dough is one of a kind with a special light and chewy consistency. It is not overly oily which is often a drawback of deep dish pizza. Deep Dish pizza is very uncommon in Italy and Europe so I can only compare Sofia's to places in the USA. Sofia's is far better than any major corporate pizza chain (e.g. Uno, Pizza Hut, Papa John, etc.). Sofia's recent top 40 pizza review in Milwaukee Magazine is accurate and justified. The management and waitstaff is very friendly and provide a family atmosphere. They even accommodated my request to have eggplant as a topping. I recommend that anybody looking for an authentic Italian dining experience visit Sofia's instead of the fake corporate imitations!

What an awesome pizza pie! Easy on the pocket book too!
The atmosphere is family friendly and besides the outstanding quality of food, the staff is friendly and efficient. Don't just take my word for it, check it out! Definitely worth the visit!
